To improve or optimize your sleep, we have listed a number of tips:

✅ Products containing 5-HTP and Valerian can contribute to a good and deep sleep.

5-HTP (also known as Griffonia) is a precursor to serotonin, also known as the "feel-good" substance. Serotonin is converted into melatonin (the sleep hormone). 5-HTP ensures sufficient serotonin levels, and therefore sufficient melatonin. Valerian contributes to normal resistance to stress* and helps to relax the body and mind*. It also helps promote sleep readiness*, supports a good night's sleep*, and helps you wake up feeling refreshed*.

✅ Try to avoid consuming caffeinated beverages after 4pm (coffee, cola, matcha, black tea).
