Being pregnant is a special time full of physical and emotional changes. Your body is working hard to create new life, and you can feel it. From the first kick to a growing belly, it’s an adventure full of surprises. Check out our nutrition and supplement advice for support during your pregnancy! 

3 tips for during and after pregnancy: 

  • Get enough rest and listen to your body. Give yourself time to relax, especially if you notice that you have less energy. Your body is working very hard to let your baby grow. 

  • An open goal, but very important: Keep moving. Guidelines advise 30 minutes of low to moderate intensity exercise per day. Try to include muscle strengthening exercises, such as pelvic floor exercises. 

  • Try to eat a varied and healthy diet during pregnancy. This way, you and your baby will both get enough nutrients. Avoid caffeine and choose lots of fruit and vegetables.
