This website is set up and managed by TS Health Shop , part of TS Health Products . TS Health Shop is responsible for both the content of the website and for the processing and delivery of orders.
By using this website you automatically accept our terms and conditions.
1. Responsibility for the content
TS Health Shop takes great care of the content of this website. We do our best to offer the information as current, correct and complete as possible. However, we cannot give any guarantees, explicit or implicit, about the correctness or completeness of the content. Information, such as product prices and stock status, is current at the time of publication, but can be changed without prior notice. All prices include VAT.
TS Health Shop is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of this website, such as technical failures, errors in product information or delays in delivery. If you have any doubts about the information, please feel free to contact our customer service.
Unless otherwise stated, the information on this website is intended for customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
2. Prices
All prices on the website are shown in euros, including VAT. Orders over €25 are shipped for free. For orders under €25 you pay €3.95 shipping costs. You can pay securely via iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Bancontact or Apple Pay.
3. Delivery information
Orders placed on workdays before 2:00 PM will be shipped the same day. As a rule, your order will be delivered within two workdays via PostNL or DHL. If you have not received anything after five workdays, please contact us via the details on the website.
For deliveries outside the Netherlands and Belgium, different conditions and rates may apply. Contact our customer service for more information about international shipments.
4. Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible – preferably before 2:00 PM on the day of shipment – via +31 (0)341 462 121 or via email. We will ensure that the order is stopped and the amount paid is refunded within five working days.
5. Warranty
The legal guarantee applies to all products that you buy from us. This means that a product must meet what you as a consumer can reasonably expect from it. Is an item defective or not to your liking? Then we will work together to find a suitable solution, such as replacement or refund.
6. Right of withdrawal and return policy
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After your cancellation notification, you have another 14 days to return the products. You will then receive the full purchase price back, including any standard shipping costs. We will refund you within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment or proof of shipment.
For returns, we ask you to send an email to info@tshealthproducts.nl in advance with your order number, the products you want to return and possibly the reason for return. You will then receive the return instructions and a return number from us.
Please return the items unopened and undamaged, preferably in the original packaging. The costs for return shipping are for your own account. We recommend using a shipment with track & trace. After receiving and checking the products, we will refund the amount as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days.
You are only liable for any diminished value if the product has been used more than necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the product.
7. Liability
TS Health Shop is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of this website or the information on it. Think of technical errors, incorrect product information, delays in delivery or loss of data. Our liability is at all times limited to the amount of the order in question.
