Move, move, and move some more. It is recommended to do at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise every day, for example by taking a brisk walk or doing muscle strengthening exercises.

Relaxation is just as important as exercise. Make it a daily habit, for example with a good book or a warm bath.

Avoid alcohol, sugars and processed foods as much as possible. Also ensure sufficient omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) on the menu.
