Give your belly a boost 

Your digestion plays a major role every day, without you consciously thinking about it. It is therefore important to give this system a little extra love, so that you feel good and continue to feel good. Want to know how, then read our tips! 

3 tips for your digestion: 

  • Take enough time to eat, and especially to chew. Our digestion starts in the mouth. 

  • Just finished a meal? Then go outside and take a quiet walk. Not only good for your body, but also for your mind. 

  • Eat a varied diet and give fibre a leading role on your plate. Think of vegetables, fruit and whole grain products. Try to drink at least one and a half litres of water and herbal tea daily.
