Your resistance plays a key role in how you feel and how your body functions. A well-functioning immune system helps you to get through the day effortlessly. It is therefore important to support this system as well as possible, especially when the 'r' is in the month. If you want to know how to do this, read our nutritional and supplement advice! 

3 tips to support your resistance 

  • Get enough sleep so your body has the chance to recover and renew itself. Everyone has different sleep needs, usually between 7 and 9 hours per night. Make sure you have a regular rhythm and go to bed at the same time every night.

  • Eat varied, and as much organic as possible. Try to alternate different colours of vegetables and fruit and ensure there is enough fish, meat and/or legumes on the menu. 

  • Exercise regularly, and try to integrate movement into your daily life. Preferably do this during the day and in the open air, so you can get some vitamin D right away.
